Delegate for events

Our parties, festivals and other events have main organizers who take care of the organization and are responsible for it. They are elected as representatives by the TUM Student Council. They plan, coordinate, motivate, apply, maintain contacts, communicate, structure processes and much more.

As main organizer, a core team of dedicated lines is put together for the event, who take care of assembly and disassembly, advertising, finances, bars, the grill, food and many other areas of responsibility. As main organizer, you have to keep an overview of your own event, motivate the team and always keep calm. You learn how to plan processes and appointments, lead a team and distribute tasks, create calculations and negotiate with sponsors, the fire brigade and the authorities. A challenging but pretty cool task!

As an organizer you are never alone. You will be supported by a team of experienced organizers who will help you with any difficulties. If you've always wanted to organize a big event, you've come to the right place!
