Event Department

The Event Department looks after and supports the main organizers of our events. The organizers of the student council parties can also contact our department regarding borrowing, room requests etc.. The department can provide the infrastructure for an event from its own pool. If external people or groups want to organize events with the AStA or borrow something they can contact the department. The representatives lead the department, keep an overview of their own material and appointments, support the main organizers and many other things.

As a representative you learn to keep an overview of many things, a lot about event regulations and planning. As a supporter of the organizers, you actively support those as soon as you are needed. At the same time, it is about putting together a team and promoting its cohesion.
